Police in jigawa state has arrested 279 motorcycles for violating the state government's order on a restriction of movement
Recorded that the jigawa state government add band the movement of motorcycle from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. to check-in security.
Police spokesman ASP Lawan shiisu Adam confirm the address to vitaviralnews, in his statement the move is part of measures adopted by the state government to ensure maximum security of its citizens.
ASP further explained that following the executive order by the jigawa state governor Muhammad maduro Abubakar.
He said the police was sworn into action to ensure the total enforcement of the order, according to him we were able to arrest 279 motociclist across the state and 223, 90 have been charged to court prosecution.
He stated the command however called on a motorcycle rider in the state to comply with the other as it will not relate in its effort to deal decisively with any Violator.
