GOV's AIDE CELEBRATES DEACONESS IDORENYIN UKPO ON APPOINTMENT AS SUPERVISORY COUNCILLOR IN IBESIKPO ASUTAN LGA

It was a jubilation galore at the residence of   Deaconess Idorenyin Ekpe Ukpo in Ikot Udo Ibesikpo (MMA Ukpo) when the electrifying crowd  welcomed the arrival of the Personal Assistant to the Governor of Akwa Ibom State in Ibesikpo Ward 3, Hon. Kufre Ita Etuk, along with Honourable Christiana Effiong Akpan, Councillor representing Ibesikpo Ward 3 in the 8th Ibesikpo Asutan Legislative Council. 



Speaking to party faithfuls who turned out in great number to celebrate the appointment and swearing -in of Deaconess Ukpo as Supervisory Councillor for Ibesikpo Ward 3, Hon. Kufre expressed  gratitude to God for visiting MMA Ukpo. He advised the people to always put their trust in God rather than the flesh and wait patiently on God's promises which always comes at the appointed time.

 


He took time to chronicle MMA Ukpo's political journey who had vied for 

councilorship position on two different occasions but for some reason, couldn't succeed until God finally visited her through the Executive Chairman of Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area.



The emotional Honourable Christiana Effiong Akpan, Councillor for Ibesikpo Ward 3 couldn't hide her joy over MMA Ukpo's appointment.  She reckons that God is involved in the affairs of men.



Other speakers including the Ward Chairman,Elder Ita Akpan, Evangelist Daniel Eyo and Deaconness Eme Antung took turns to congratulate the former ward chairman and newly sworn in Supervisory Councillor from Ibesikpo Ward 3.

Mma Ukpo assured the ward leader's of Ikot Udo's undivided votes for his Excellency Governor Umo Eno,come 2027.

She also pledge to stay loyal to her direct boss the Executive Chairman of Ibesikpo Asutan LGA so she could attract more dividends of democracy to her community.
